Hey, I’m Rachel…
I’m a Maternity and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, founder of My Sweet Sleeper and Sweet Sleep Academy, mama of seven, and I LOVE helping sleep consultants build their businesses. In 2011, I became a pediatric sleep consultant, and in 2020 (yes, in the middle of a pandemic), we launched Sweet Sleep Academy, a thorough training program to help others become certified and pursue their dream of becoming a pediatric sleep consultant.
As I have led these trainings, I have become more and more passionate about helping others go deeper in their business and supporting them in their journey.
I designed this mentorship program based on what I needed when I graduated and the hard lessons that I had to figure out on my own. From growing your audience on social media to launching online classes, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that I can’t WAIT to share with you!

Tier 1 - Hourly Sessions

Book a session with Rachel to discuss any business challenge you are needing guidance with. These sessions can be spent as a Q&A with a mentor on any topic related to business or approaches to sleep, and specific client cases. *Discount for SSA graduates.

$1600-$2200
Our three-month mentorship program is a longer-term engagement to help you identify your goals and create steps to reach them! Through bi-weekly check-ins with your mentor, you’ll develop content plans and review your progress, discuss challenges, and celebrate your wins! *Discount for SSA graduates.
Tier 3 - Six month mentorship
$3500-$4,000
Our six-month mentorship program is our longest program and is a great option for new sleep consultants looking to launch their business, as we will review all of the ins and outs of getting started and walk with you each step of the way. This is also a great option for existing sleep consultants looking to elevate their business or launch a new program! Similar to the three-month program, you will have access to planned content and curriculum + bi-weekly check-ins and consistent email communication.

Likewise, if you are looking for help only with your approach to sleep then the hourly sessions are all we offer for that option. But if you are looking to get long term consistent guidance with your business then the 3 or 6 month mentorship option is your best bet!
