Hey, I’m Rachel…
I’m a Maternity and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, founder of My Sweet Sleeper and Sweet Sleep Academy, mama of seven, and I LOVE helping sleep consultants build their businesses. In 2011, I became a pediatric sleep consultant, and in 2020 (yes, in the middle of a pandemic), we launched Sweet Sleep Academy, a thorough training program to help others become certified and pursue their dream of becoming a pediatric sleep consultant.
As I have led these trainings, I have become more and more passionate about helping others go deeper in their business and supporting them in their journey.
I designed this mentorship program based on what I needed when I graduated and the hard lessons that I had to figure out on my own. From growing your audience on social media to launching online classes, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that I can’t WAIT to share with you!
One-On-One mentorship options

Hourly sessions
Hourly sessions are great if you have focused questions or need help with a specific topic, as they are not set up as continuous sessions. They can be spent as a Q&A with a mentor on any topic related to business or approaches to sleep, and specific client cases.

Three month mentorship
Our three-month mentorship program is a longer-term engagement to help you identify your goals and create steps to reach them! Through bi-weekly check-ins with your mentor, you’ll develop content plans and review your progress, discuss challenges, and celebrate your wins!

Six month mentorship
Our six-month mentorship program is our longest program and is a great option for new sleep consultants looking to launch their business, as we will review all of the ins and outs of getting started and walk with you each step of the way. This is also a great option for existing sleep consultants looking to elevate their business or launch a new program! Similar to the three-month program, you will have access to planned content and curriculum + bi-weekly check-ins and consistent email communication.

Hourly Sleep Coaching Mentorship
With our sleep coaching membership you will work with a mentor to help guide you with specific cases and clients.
This coaching option is focused on the individual client cases as opposed to the business side of your practice. Think of this like having a personal sleep consulting business coach in your back pocket to help you navigate through specific sleep challenges to ensure you are helping parents reach their goals.

If you have very focused questions or topics that you are looking to get assistance on in the short term, then the hourly sessions are likely going to be the best option for you. Likewise, if you are looking for help only with your approach to sleep then the hourly sessions are all we offer for that option. But if you are looking to get long term consistent guidance with your business then the 3 or 6 month mentorship option is your best bet!

General or focused Q&A session via zoom
Progress check-ins
Option to have mentor join consultations (sleep coaching, *additional cost)
Follow up voice messages/encouragement!
Three Month Business Mentorship: $1600 for SSA graduates, $2200 for non-graduates
Includes:
Full assessment of your business structure and goals
Organized curriculum with step-by-step plan for each month
Bi-weekly planning sessions via zoom
Access to business templates and forms
Discount and invitation to annual retreat
*Applications for our January three month mentorship program open 11/9 and close 11/25
Six Month Business Mentorship: $3500 for SSA graduates, $4000 for non-graduates
Includes:
Full assessment of your business structure and goals
Organized curriculum with step-by-step plan for each month

Partnership on program launch (i.e. online classes)
